Climate change
Carbon dioxide, did you know that this gas is one of the major sources to the global warming of the earth? Carbon dioxide, that is what you exhale every second and what we in general call greenhouse gas.

In most newspapers today you can read about how we can do to help the environment, stop the global warming. These things are pretty easy to do. For example, reduce your warm water consumption, stop buying mineral water, use fluorescent lamps instead of regular lamps, taking your bicycle more. Do you think this is tough? You should do more.
If you really want to do changes, here are some ideas:
· Reduce your flying, aero planes combust their fossil fuel up in the atmosphere, increases the global warming. Every journey counts.
· Become a vegetarian. The meat production in the world generates more carbon dioxide than the world’s transportation.
· Buy a smaller house or apartment. The western world consumes a lot of energy just to keep our home warm. You can reduce the heat in your home, but most of the time that is not enough. Moving to a smaller house or apartment is much better.
· Live on the right place. If you live closer to your work you may be able to put your car in the garage more, cars produces a lot of carbon dioxide.
The way we live have created a high consumption of energy, most of that comes from fossil fuel. There are alternatives, bio fossil, but they are still very expensive and most of us are not ready to pay more for our energy.
But why have we let things gone so far? I think that it is because we can´t really see the changes yet. Of course there is less snow in the winter, but you can still travel up north and find cold weather and lot of snow. Our atmosphere is still quite intact, we don´t need to use extra sun protection as they need to do in Australia. This is just a few things, but I think when we start to “feel” the change, we will change.
Hello Petra!
SvaraRaderaI really enjoyed reading your blog. My guess is you are very active in your own thoughts and action against climate changes.
The blog is easy to follow and read. You have organized your paragraphs in a good way. Your language is also fine. I liked your examples of how we can do changes to reduce the climate changes.
For blog 3, Marika told us to write a casual analysis. Your blog is very good. One of the best I have red so far. But, I´m not sure you are following the structure for casual analysis. If I have understood the structure for casual analysis correct, I believe you should:
• Start paragraph 1 by presenting your thesis. In the end of paragraph 1, you should ask a question regarding the thesis.
• Cause 1
• Cause 2
• Cause 3
Perhaps I´ve misunderstood. I can´t say I´m right. Anyway, good luck in the future! Keep up the good work!
Best regards, Camilla Kristiansson
Hello
SvaraRaderaThank you for you comments, you are propably right. I missed the meeting i Karlstad last time, so perhaps Marika gave som information I missed. "Structure for casual analysis" is something new for me.
I will contact Marika and ask her what I have to do to make this right, thank you very much for letting me know!
Best regards,
Petra
